RWP supports the '100 in 100' apprenticeship campaign.
The '100 in 100' campaigns are proving highly success all across the country as employers, apprentices, training providers, partners and the media look to promote Apprenticeships.
The concept of a 100 in 100 campaign is simple; to generate 100 Apprenticeship placements in businesses within the local area within 100 days. The aim is for public and privat business leaders, training providers, the National Apprenticeship Service (NAS) and the local newspaper and/or radio station to work in partnership to deliver a sustained campaign to influence the business community to drive up the number of Apprenticeship opportunities.
The 100 in 100 campaigns benefit the business community and young people; providing positive messages to the entire community and will benefit the local economy by:
- Giving school leavers their first step on to the jobs ladder
- Supporting young people into education and a life-long career
- Providing tools for businesses to grow their workforce and increase productivity
