Apprentices learn on the job, building up knowledge and skills, gaining qualifications and earning money all at the same time, to become a Custmer Service Managers or Custmer Service Representatives.
There are different levels of Custmer Service Apprenticeships available but they both lead to National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs), Key Skills qualifications and a technical certificate.
A wide variety of skills are needed including identifying customers and what they value, patience, commitment to work, not being judgemental and an excellent telephone manner. Below follows two factsheets listing everything that's involved in both the Apprenticeship and the Advanced Apprenticeship.
