Learning Method and Assessment
RWP Training Limited's assessors assess the work (assessing) Trainee Assessors do in their workplace. The Trainee Assessors needs to identify two suitable individuals who they can assess. In certain circumstances we may be able to provide these individuals. The Trainee Assessors also need to participate in the internal quality arrangements within their chosen NVQ Centre.
The designated RWP Training assessor will make a number of visits to the Trainee Assessors' workplace to plan and review progress and carry out a formal observation of the Trainee Assessors providing feedback to thier candidates.
Trainee Assessors then compile a portfolio of their evidence, complete a knowledge and understanding questionnaire and submit their portfolio for assessment.
