  4. Learning Method and Assessment

RWP Training Limited's assessors assess the work you do in your workplace, to help you achieve a nationally recognised level 2 or level 3 qualification (NVQ). We use a variety of assessment methods, on differeing types of evidence, to demonstrate your competence in the job role you perform for your employer. The evidence needs to come from real work and can come from past work or new projects. We help you create a portfolio of work that shows your skills and abilities and sit some short tests for the Key Skills. You will also attend off the job training up to every other week to work on technical skills which will help you whilst working towards your NVQ.
