Role / Duties: General administration work including:
  • Using Excel Spreadsheets and E-mail
  • Being able to use internet safely and within policy
  • Filing and typing documents
  • Maintaining security & confidentiality 
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Meeting and greeting visitors 
  • Answering the phone and dealing with enquiries efficiently

Training Involved: Apprenticeship – 12 month programme of work based learning where you will gain the following qualifications:

Days/Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am-5pm Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
