Role / Duties: General administration work including:
  • A keen interest in IT and computer
  • Good working knowledge of social media, Facebook, Twitter, My Space, LinkedIn etc
  • Ability to use WORD, EXCEL and OFFICE
  • Dealing with customers & visitors face to face and on the telephone 
  • Monitor stationery supplies 
  • Great at using a mobile phone a PC and a Laptop/tablet to access the internet
  • Data input 
  • General office duties 
  • A good command of written & spoken English
  • Maintaining security & confidentiality 
  • Providing excellent customer service 
  • Posting info on the full range of social media about the firm with a marketing element sending text messages to confirm appointments and selling various offers and services
  • Training the current staff how to use social media

Prospects: To progress onto a Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship
Training Involved: Apprenticeship – 12 month programme of work based learning where you will gain the following qualifications:
  • Level 2 Certificate in Business and Administration
  • EDI Level 2 certificate in Principles of Business and Administration (5 units tested by multiple choice exams)
  • Functional Skills English Level 1
  • Functional Skills Maths Level 1
  • Functional Skills ICT Level 1
  • ERR Workbook
  • PLTS
  • Be Safe
Days/Hours: Varied shifts between 9am and 8.30pm on a rota of 7 days includes weekends
