Role / Duties: This role will include:
  • To work as part of a team to provide the highest standard of support with autism 
  • good communication
  • Supporting individuals to achieve positive outcomes in their life
  • Support individuals to access employment and education opportunities
  • Provide personal care when required respecting the individuals dignity, privacy and rights.
  • Help individuals develop independent living skills in line with support plans
  • Promote and take part in social, leisure, life skills, holidays and other activates.

You will need to be passionate about caring for vulnerable people with the ability to provide the best level of service.
Applicants with relevant experience are desirable but not essential as full training will be given. 
Enhanced CRB check will be required.

Training Involved: Intermediate Level Apprenticeship (Level 2)

  • City & Guilds Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Adults) for England (QCF) 
  • City & Guilds Level 2 Certificate in Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care (QCF) 
  • Key Skills Communication Level 1 
  • Key Skills Application of Number Level 1 
  • ERR Workbook

Days/Hours: The position is 37 hours over 7 days
