Pay: Minimum £3.40 per hour (National Minimum Wage)
Role / Duties: This role will include:
  • To provide a high standard of individualised care to each resident. Assist residents with all aspects of personal care, including washing, dressing, undressing , bathing, toileting, mobilising and feeding required, whilst promoting independence at all times.
  •  To assist in encouraging residents to participate in social events and activities.
  •  Help to maintain High Standards of hygiene were it directly involves the residents, their belongings and any equipment.
  • To be acquainted with the homes policy's and procedures
  • To treat with utmost confidentiality details of residents, colleagues and the home.

Applicants with relevant experience are desirable but not essential as full training will be given. 
Enhanced CRB check will be required.
Prospects: To progress within the company & go on to a Level 3 Apprenticeship
Training Involved: Intermediate Level Apprenticeship (Level 2)

Days/Hours: The position is 30 hours over 7 days
