Role / Duties: The role involves coordinating and overseeing the daily dispatch of all online sales channels;
  • Taking payments
  • Running security checks
  • Liaising with couriers, customers and suppliers
  • Providing support to the team
  • Using a computer and office equipment
  • Photocopying, filing and preparing documents/invoices
  • Answering the telephone and taking messages 
  • Maintaining security & confidentiality 
  • Providing excellent customer service 
Required Skills / Experience/ Personal Qualities:
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Maths and English GCSE A*-D or 9-4
  • Good interpersonal skills 
  • IT & keyboard skills including knowledge of Microsoft
  • High levels of accuracy
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • The ability to work to deadlines
  • Ability to work on own initiative and also as part of a team
Prospects: To progress onto a Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship
Training Involved: Apprenticeship – 12 month programme of work based learning where you will gain the following qualifications:

Days/Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
