Role / Duties: General administration work including:
  • Answering the phone
  • Filing paperwork
  • Logging details and data input
  • Photocopying and using office equipment
  • Checking payments
  • Sorting invoices
  • Keeping track of order numbers
  • Dealing with enquiries, sales and lettings
Required Skills / Experience/ Personal Qualities:
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Maths and English GCSE A*-D or 9-4
  • Good interpersonal skills 
  • IT & keyboard skills 
  • Ability to work on own initiative and also as part of a team
Prospects: To progress onto a Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship
Training Involved: Apprenticeship – 12 month programme of work based learning where you will gain the following qualifications:
  • Level 2 Certificate in Business and Administration
  • Functional Skills English Level 1
  • Functional Skills Maths Level 1
  • Functional Skills ICT Level 1
  • Employer Rights and Responsibilities Workbook
  • Personal Learning Thinking Skills
  • Be Safe
Days/Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
