Pay: TBC but higher than apprenticeship wage (£3.40 per hour)
Role / Duties: General administration work including:
  • Answering the telephone
  • Dealing with client enquiries
  • Correspondence with investment providers, insurance companies an mortgage lenders
  • Providing support for review, non retail investment and mortgage reports
  • General office duties including filing, scanning, printing, paperwork, inputting data
Required Skills / Experience/ Personal Qualities:
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • GCSE Maths and English A-D
  • Good interpersonal skills 
  • IT & keyboard skills 
  • Ability to work on own initiative and also as part of a team
Prospects: To progress onto a Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship
Training Involved: Apprenticeship – 12 month programme of work based learning where you will gain the following qualifications:
  • Level 2 Certificate in Business and Administration
  • Functional Skills English Level 1
  • Functional Skills Maths Level 1
  • Functional Skills ICT Level 1
  • Employer Rights and Responsibilities Workbook
  • Personal Learning Thinking Skills
  • Be Safe
Days/Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am - 4:30pm Friday 9am - 4pm
