Role / Duties: You will be working for the insurance brokers and required to do general administration work including:
  • production of accurate correspondence and documentation
  • photocopying and scanning
  • filing of correspondence and documentation both manually and electronically
  • sorting and franking daily mail
  • maintenance of client files
  • data inputting and processing
Required Skills / Experience:
  • GCSE Maths and English Grade A-C
  • Good interpersonal skills 
  • IT & keyboard skills 
  • Ability to work on own initiative and also as part of a team
Prospects: To progress onto a Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship
Training Involved: Apprenticeship – 12 month programme of work based learning where you will gain the following qualifications:
  • Level 2 Certificate in Business and Administration
  • Functional Skills English Level 1
  • Functional Skills Maths Level 1
  • Functional Skills ICT Level 1
  • ERR Workbook
  • PLTS
  • Be Safe
Days/Hours:  Monday - Friday 37.5 hours
