Role / Duties: General administration work including:
  • Operate all administrative duties in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures.  
  • Record and distribute incoming and outgoing external/internal mail and deliveries, including faxes in accordance with SRP60  
  • Answering telephone, forwarding calls to the correct person, taking messages and disseminating in accordance of importance, making sure all calls are logged in accordance with SRP60
  • Data input 
  • General office duties 
  • Maintaining security & confidentiality 
  • Providing excellent customer service 
Required Skills / Experience:
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • GCSE C in both Maths and English.  
  • Good interpersonal skills 
  • IT & keyboard skills 
  • Ability to work on own initiative and also as part of a team
Prospects: To progress onto a Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship
Training Involved: Apprenticeship – 12 month programme of work based learning where you will gain the following qualifications:
  • Level 2 Certificate in Business and Administration
  • EDI Level 2 certificate in Principles of Business and Administration (5 units tested by multiple choice exams)
  • Functional Skills English Level 1
  • Functional Skills Maths Level 1
  • Functional Skills ICT Level 1
