Role / Duties: General administration work including:
  • Providing the first line of contact for H&H Land and Property Limited by answering telephone calls and receiving visitors to the premises.
  • Production of accurate correspondence and documentation from either audio or written instructions.
  • Photocopying as required.
  • Filing of correspondence and documentation.
  • Sorting and franking outgoing post.
  • Maintaining client files.
  • Shredding as required.
  • Data input.
  • Opening, scanning and distributing incoming post.
  • Ensuring accurate communication between the clients, any other external or internal visitors or callers and the staff of H&H Land and Property by taking, recording and relaying messages.
  • To ensure discretion and client confidentiality at all times.
Required Skills / Experience:
  • The successful candidate will be computer literate and have the ability to communicate at all levels and have a confident approach to the role also they will have sound written and verbal communication skills
Prospects: To progress onto a Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship
Training Involved: Apprenticeship – 12 month programme of work based learning where you will gain the following qualifications:
  • Level 2 Certificate in Business and Administration
  • EDI Level 2 certificate in Principles of Business and Administration (5 units tested by multiple choice exams)
  • Functional Skills English Level 1
  • Functional Skills Maths Level 1
  • Functional Skills ICT Level 1
