Role / Duties: |
Receptionist and Office Administrator:
- Assist with keeping the customer database up to date with clients contact information
- Answering the telephone, taking messages and offering help and advice where possible to customers
- Receiving deliveries ( ensuring the correct number and type of packages have been received)
- Logging support calls
- Assist with marketing and sales activities
- Assist with general office administration including; filing, banking and post
- Any other duties as reasonably instructed by the post holders manager consistent with the grade for the placement.

Required Skills / Experience: |
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- GCSE pass or equivalent in Maths
- Good interpersonal skills
- IT & keyboard skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and also as part of a team

Prospects: |
To progress onto a Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship |
Training Involved: |
Apprenticeship – 12 month programme of work based learning where you will gain the following qualifications:
- Level 2 Certificate in Business and Administration
- EDI Level 2 certificate in Principles of Business and Administration (5 units tested by multiple choice exams)
- Functional Skills English Level 1
- Functional Skills Maths Level 1
- Functional Skills ICT Level 1
- ERR Workbook
