Learning Method and Assessment
As a Teaching Assistant Apprentice, you will learn mostly whilst working in a school setting. Once you have been through the RWP selection process, we will help you find a school to employ you. One of our assessors will visit you periodically to assess your skills whilst you work; this will be approximately every three to four weeks. During the apprenticeship you will also attend off the job training up to every other week to work on technical skills.
