  1. Apprenticeship (Level 2)

    Do you want to make sure customers receieve the service they deserve? The RWP Training Apprenticeship in Customer Service will offer you a 12-15 month programme of work based learning where you will gain the following qualifications:

    • OCR Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Customer Service
    • EDI Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service (Technical Certificate)
    • Key Skills Communication Level 1
    • Key Skills Application of Number Level 1
    • ERR Workbook

  2. Advanced Apprenticeship (Level 3)

    Once you have achieved your Apprenticeship you can progress to the RWP Training Advanced Apprenticeship in Customer Service: this programme takes 24-26 months and you will gain the following qualifications:

    • OCR Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Customer Service
    • EDI Level 3 Certificate in Customer Service (Technical Certificate)
    • Key Skills Communication Level 2
    • Key Skills Application of Number Level 2
    • Key Skills IT Level 2
    • Key Skills Working with Others Level 2
    • ERR Workbook

  3. What will I learn?

    Our Apprenticeships can be applied across a wide range of industries. Apprentices will need to be able to perform a wide variety of skills including:

    • Identifying customers and what they value
    • Patience
    • Commitment to work
    • Not being judgemental
    • Excellent telephone manner

  4. Learning Method and Assessment

    As an RWP Apprentice, you will learn mostly whilst working in a customer facing environment. Once you have been through the RWP selection process, we will help you find a company to employ you. One of our assessors will visit you periodically to assess your skills whilst you work; this will be approximately every other week.

  5. Entry Requirements and Wages

    At RWP we require you to have at least two GCSE's A*-D, however individual cases will be considered without these. We also ask that you have an interest in customer service, or a passion to work with customers either face to face or over the phone. Once employed, you will be entitled to a minimum of £2.50 per hour from your employer; some employers pay more, or offer you incentives during your Apprenticeship.
